Server Assistant — Terminal 26 (Ponce City Market).
Terminal 26, located inside Ponce City Market, is looking for a Server Assistant to join our front-of-house team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and wants to be part of a growing, energetic team.
What You'll Do:
- Support servers by bussing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently.
- Run food and drinks to tables, ensuring accuracy and timing.
- Keep the dining room, service stations, and common areas clean and stocked throughout the shift.
- Refill water, bread, and other table needs promptly.
- Communicate clearly with servers, kitchen staff, and management to keep service flowing smoothly.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining room before and after service.
- Provide friendly, attentive support to guests as needed.
What We're Looking For:
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
- Team player who communicates well under pressure.
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability, including evenings/weekends.
- Prior restaurant or hospitality experience a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
